At Clouwny Official, we understand that sometimes a product may get through the shipment because we still fully use human power in the quality control of a product such as minor defects in the goods sent or also because there is an error in the delivery of the goods. That is why we have an easy return policy to ensure your satisfaction.

Eligibility:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. The item must also be in the original packaging. Hangtags, label barcodes and barcodes on the plastic must be listed on the clothes and packaging. There must be no fragrance in the product. When receiving the goods there must be an unboxing video. We will not accept complaints if there is no unboxing video

Timeframe:

You have 2 days from the date of receipt of the goods to request a return. After this period, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or product

Process:

To request a return, please contact our customer support team at the available whatsapp number with your order number and reason for return. They will guide you through the process and provide you with the necessary instructions.

Refund:

After the item you returned is received and checked by our team, we will approve whether or not to return it. We will not make a refund if there is no prior information to our CS if you have a problem with the product
